Sep. 25 – Oct. 23 6-8 pm – Weekly Monday evening crochet/knitting classes with Gail Krutka
New series, designed for both beginners and more advanced folks of all ages who want to work on crochet or knitting projects. Gail will help new folks work on a scarf or similar project; others may want to bring their own projects to work on. You’re encouraged to come for all five classes, but can come to a few with advance notice. Contact Gail Krutka (978-544-6362) to register, discuss materials, and make arrangements. Sliding fee scale $5-15 per class.
Oct. 12 7 pm – Honoring Local Elders with Gail Mason: Featuring Dor
Second in our new series, connecting community members and honoring elders in Wendell and beyond for their wisdom, experience and all they’ve done to build our communities. We’ll share stories, love and gratitude – join the fun! By donation. Contact Gail Mason (rushingwaters01@gmail.com) for info.
Oct. 14 7 pm – Sound Journey with Nirmal Chandraratna
A musical experience drawing elements of ritual and sound healing together to create a dynamic, transformative environment. Layered textures of the voice, cello, and world percussion weave a tapestry of melody and mantra. As we come together as a community and connect with our intentions, we can help each other to collectively align our lives with our vision for a better world.
